The only problem that I see is the use of MARQUEE, which is not XHTML valid. For many people, it will be a deterrent.

The class was created before I started enforcing the use XHTML 1.1 in my markup, and I will soon be releasing an updated version of the NewsBox that will use a template system and possibly AJAX compatible.
